We will be closed Monday, Dec. 31 and Tuesday, Jan. 1 for the New Year's Holiday. We will resume normal business hours Wednesday, Jan. 2.

Make Your Own Sanitizing Spray

To clean surfaces, mix 8 ounces of purified water and 30 drops of essential oil (try lavender, rosemary, thyme, tea tree, or sage) in a spray bottle. Take aim at doorknobs, phones, or anyplace viruses are likely to linger. Natural DIY sanitizing sprays clean surfaces safely and can be misted to fresh the air too.

Free Cholesterol Screening

The Sacred Heart Mission in Motion bus will be at the Alternative Health Food Store 9 a.m.-11:30 a.m. Wednesday, Dec. 12. They will be providing complimentary blood pressure, total cholesterol, anemia, and blood sugar testing.
