Oranges have some pretty good PR behind them -- for years, we've turned to the citrus as our go-to source for vitamin C.

Citrus fruits such as orange, kiwi, lemon, guava, grapefruit, and vegetables such as broccoli, cauliflower, Brussel fledglings, and capsicums are rich, characteristic sources of vitamin C. Other vitamin C-rich fruits include papaya, cantaloupe, and strawberries.
